Bruce Telford provides business process analyses services to clients of Real ID Systems. This involves analyzing, and articulating inefficiencies and opportunity costs when comparing current and contemplated processes. Bruce's business insights enable Real ID Systems to recommend streamlined, accurate and cost effective solutions to its clients.

Bruce has degree in Economics and Commerce and 30 years experience working to improve business processes. Bruce has held senior management assignments with several companies but most notably the Xerox Corporation, a leader in the technology sector. Bruce has operational experience in the functional areas of a business including: Sales & Marketing; Finance; Administration & Distribution; Human Resources; and Post Sale/Customer Service operations.

For the last 10 years Bruce has been the Principal of RoTel Management Services, a consulting and training business that has helped many small to mid sized businesses as well as national companies such as Canadian Forest Products, Tembec, CIBC, Royal Bank, Fortis, Telus, Terasen, and Air Liquide develop employees to realize their full potential.
