Leszek Brykajlo manages the technical component of software outsourcing at Real ID Systems. This involves ongoing liaison with the development team in Poland and our customers. The key to a successful software project is a precise technical understanding of the customer requirements and rigorous adherence to formal development methodologies.

Leszek is a senior software developer with 13 years of experience and a wide range of skills in software development and architecture - from requirements analysis, specification, data conversion to coding, testing, training and customer support. He has a Diploma of Technology in Computer Systems from BCIT Burnaby, BC and a Diploma of Technology in Mining & Exploratory Drilling from Geological Institute of Technology, Krakow, Poland.

From 1991 to 1995 Leszek worked for Real Data Systems Inc. (RDS) as a programmer developing and maintaining bar code data collection subsystems for various industries. From 1996 to 1998 he worked as an independent contract developer/system analyst. During that time he analyzed, designed, developed and implemented data collection systems for several different customers.
