Steve Ball is an 18 year veteran of the Auto Data Collection (ADC) industry. During his tenure in the ADC industry, Steve has proactively assisted Companies such as ARAMARK Inc., Houston Independent School District, GST Toyota, FoxConn Electronics, Weyerhaeuser, Nintendo, Washington State Department Transportation, and many other Fortune 500 companies by defining the specific architecture for ADC solutions. As a proactive business partner with Real ID Systems Inc., Steve provides a high level of unique experiences for defining and managing ADC projects, which includes technology solutions using the current bar coding and wireless network solutions. Steve's expertise also encompasses the latest technology and processes associated with RFID, RTLS, and Wireless Network Sensor business solutions.

As a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Steve has developed a unique set of business/requirement analysis tools that are integrated with the PMI's (Project Management Institute) PMBOK methodology for project management and requirements gathering using UML/Use Case methodology. Steve's approach allows companies and internal stakeholder teams the ability to quickly define user/system requirements, while minimizing project risk, cost, and scope creep.

Steve's completed his graduate work in eBusiness at the University of Phoenix where he received his MBAeB degree. Steve's undergraduate work was accomplished at Central Washington University where he earned his BSBA, with specialties in Marketing and International Business. Steve also has a degree in Electronic Technology, plus extensive technical training with Radio Frequency (RF) systems, which includes radar, radio, microwave, RFID, RTLS and 802.11x systems.

During the last three years, Steve as the founder of "Global id Integration", has developed ADC specific consulting and project management services that address the ADC needs of companies that are going to automate their internal and external business processes. Just a few of the services provided by Global id Integration consist of: overall ADC Project Management, project requirements gathering/definition, preparing and writing RFI/RFP's, vendor selection, financial budgeting, and conducting in-house project/user team efforts.
